Rose, best known for her role on NBC’s Hot Listings Miami, gained international attention for listing and selling her iconic client LeBron James’ former South Florida home, Caron Butler’s home, and Meyers Leonard’s home.

Hite, a former NBA player who went on to become a broker, has facilitated some of the most notable sales in South Florida real estate, including the sale of David and Victoria Beckham’s penthouse at the One Thousand Museum in Miami. He was recently named ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s top 20 producer.
“It’s critical for us that the athletes and entertainers we work with have a solid understanding of how to make real estate work for them and how to invest wisely,” Hite adds.
Watson, a former international professional basketball player, has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years. Current and former NBA stars like Zach Randolph, De’Aaron Fox, Markelle Fultz, Melo Ball, and Moochie Norris have turned to him as a trusted luxury real estate advisor. He most recently worked at Keller Williams Beverly Hills as the Director of Sports and Entertainment.
“I, like many other athletes, came from a difficult upbringing. I didn’t see any Black or African American real estate agents when I was growing up.” Watson continues, “It was a no-brainer when the opportunity to work with Tomi, Rob, and Lisa emerged.”
