Holiday Home Tour

The Modesto Garden Club presents its Holiday Home Tour. The event features four homes in Riverbank and Modesto decked out for the holidays. Proceeds benefit the club’s community projects.

Winter Solstice

Windham Hill’s Winter Solstice program arrives at the Gallo Center. The concert will feature original and traditional acoustic music from the multi-platinum selling “Winter Solstice” series, as well as solo releases.

Christmas truce

Radio Cavalcade

Prospect Theater Project presents a Radio Cavalcade production of the 1949 romantic comedy “Holiday Affair” that starred Robert Mitchum and Janet Leigh. A department store clerk loses his job when he fails to report a rival store’s comparison shopper. The encounter leads to a date.

Handbell choir

The Opus Handbell Ensemble returns to the Gallo Center. The community handbell choir has been performing in the Modesto area since 1992. Its music stretches from Bach to heavy metal to rock ’n’ roll, as well as its holiday repertoire.

Sierra Rep
